This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) regulates legal relations related to the security and processing of personal data and is aimed at protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of man and citizen, in particular the right to privacy, in connection with the processing of personal data. The Policy applies to the processing of personal data carried out in whole or in part with the use of automated means, as well as to the processing of personal data contained in the file or intended to be entered into the file using non-automated means. 7) protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, deletion, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as protection against provision of information that is inaccurate or discrediting to the honor, dignity and reputation of an individual;

8) appeal to the Commissioner or to the court with complaints about the processing of their personal data;

9) apply for legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;

10) make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;

11) withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

12) know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

13) be protected against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him/her.

AUTOMATIC COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

KREATOR-BUD stores information (documents) confirming the provision of information to the applicant throughout the entire period of personal data processing.

Personal data is subject to deletion from the personal data databases of KREATOR-BUD in the event of:

expiration of the specified data storage period;

termination of legal relations between the personal data subject and the owner of the database, unless otherwise provided by law;

entry into force of a court decision to remove data about an individual from the personal database;

receipt of a request from the personal data subject to terminate the processing/deletion of his/her data to the e-mail address specified in the Policy.

KREATOR-BUD is obliged to make changes to the data at the request of the personal data subject if this data is false or inaccurate.
